This French medal, signed by Trecy, is bronze and has a verdigris patina. It measures 2 ⅝" across, not including the bale, so it is large for a pendant. The Latin "Agnus Dei Qui Tollit Peccata" translates to "Lamb of God Who Takes Away Sins."
The edges as well as the reverse have some wear and scratching, and the reverse also has darkening, which does happen to bronze as it ages.
I estimate this medal is circa 1960s-1970s.
