This older card from France features a photograph of a cat with google-eyes. The card measures 5 ⅜" x 3 ½" and does have several condition issues as seen in the last photo.
There is edge wear along the card, which also does not lie flat.
There is a tear on the lower left side that measures approximately ½", and there are four other areas around the eyes that are shown with arrows pointing to them. Two areas have wear, one on each area of the paper edges surrounding the eyes. The other two areas are very small tears. Please examine the photos carefully and do let me know if you need more as I'll be happy to oblige.
