This early 20th century cigarette rolling tube and papers were manufactured by Abadie of Paris. The rolling tube has "S.P.A. Paris Tubes & Papers Abadie." S.P.A. refers to the joint-stock status of the company- a company owned by shareholders.
Please note that the roller and accoutrements as well as the rolling papers packet have wear commensurate with age and use. The metal has scratches and discoloration. Please examine the photos of both the roller and rolling papers and do let me know if you need more as I'll be happy to oblige. The tube measures 4 ⅜" and measures 7 ½" when extended.
