This antique bébé brooch from France with a C catch clasp is probably circa 1930s. I'm dating it later than many circa 1910 C catches since this more advanced hinge (compared to an earlier tube hinge) is more than likely from the 1930s.
There are no hallmarks or maker's marks on the brooch. It measures approximately 1" across. The clasp works well.
