These scissors, for lace-making or needlework, are from France. Although I cannot give a definitive date or manufacturer, they are probably circa early 1900s. The metal is sturdy with no hallmark although the maker's marks, three on each side, are visible. I don't know if these were manufactured in France, but they were purchased from there, as mentioned prior. I've tried to find this manufacturer, to no avail. They cut well and do have a patina to them from age/use. Please examine the photos carefully and do let me know if you need more as I'll be happy to oblige.
The dimensions are 4 ¾" in length.
