These small sugar tongs are probably circa early 1900s, based on the ornamental designs like the acanthus leaves and the lion's paws. The tongs measure just shy of 2 ¾" in length and were discovered at the Marché aux Puces de Saint-Ouen. They are the perfect size for your bebe or bear. The metal is patinated owing to its age.
