String from binding protruding between pages 108 and 109. Pages 179-182 detached from spine with light loss to upper page edges, possibly from rodent activity. Overall fair condition. Significant wear and chipping to the spine with some wear of the front and back boards. Some darkening of the spine and front and back boards.
