Biscuits St.Michel, vintage French biscuit box, circa 1950s. The biscuits were initially produced by Jospeh Grellier in 1905 when he created his own galette and named it Biscuit St. Michel. The biscuits are still made today. The tin measures 8.5" x 4.5" x 2.25"
*****Condition: Please note that the tin has wear in the form of missing paint, rough areas, a dent as seen in the ninth and tenth photos, some scratches, and interior discoloration of the box and lid. Additionally, the paper covering the underside of box has some loss as well as two corners that have curled up with age. Please examine the photos carefully and do let me know if you need more as I'll be happy to oblige.
