This Ricqlès advertising fan for Vera Mint is circa 1920s. (Please see https://www.parismuseescollections.paris.fr/en/node/187043#infos-principales for more information.) The fan is on display at the Les Musées de la Ville de Paris.
The fan is considered balloon shaped and is printed paper attached to a wood frame. The length of the closed fan is approximately 9". Open, it measures approximately 9" across the mid-point.
*****Condition: Please note that the fan has condition issues in the form of fading to the colors; wear in the form of some paper loss, particularly to the edges; rippling; and staining. The rippling is especially apparent on the upper portion of the silver area as well as on other portions of the upper edges on both sides of the fan. The staining, probably climate related, is most evident on the areas of the fan shown in the last two photos.
