This Manoil lead figure is from the "Happy Family" series and features an elfin cobbler repairing a shoe. The figure is approximately 2.50" from the tip of the hammer to the base and is circa 1940s.
The marking appears to be "41/21" and "Made in USA," but the "USA" is not entirely visible.
