This vintage dexterity game is probably from the 1930s. There is no country of origin. The game measures approximately 1.50" and has two balls enclosed behind the plastic window that one must roll around by tilting the game. The object is to get the balls to rest in the clown's eyes.
I've read that some of these games were Cracker Jack prizes but I am not certain of this particular game's provenance.
This game is comprised of cardboard and plastic and has significant wear.
