This cloche/hat form is made of cork and is circa 1920s. It is a tad shy of 20 ¾" circumference at its base and approximately 20 ½" circumference at a wider portion. It's around 6 ½" in height and has a "divot" missing from one side. Please let me know, if you require more photographs.
