**This sale is only for the skirt and not the doll or the chair or the blouse.
This skirt is vintage, but I don't know if it's antique. Owing to the wear of the material and the pattern, it may very well be early 1900s, but it also could just be made to look antique. I have no way of knowing since I don't know its provenance, and there is no identifying label. Waist is 5.50" around when buttoned, and the skirt is 9.50" in length from top of waistband to hem.
My antique German papier-mâché head doll is modeling the skirt but neither she nor her blouse nor the chair on which she sits is for sale. She is 16" in height so you can see how the clothing fits a doll of her size.
The petticoat/skirt for sale in my shop might go well under this skirt.
Please examine the third photo. There is a seam pull at the bottom of the back opening. The material is also lightly worn with some fading in some areas. The last photo on the very left of the photo shows what appears to be a mended area. Finally, when the skirt is turned inside out and held up to the light, one can see small holes and more pronounced areas of wear in the material that are not visible when the skirt is right side out. Do let me know, if you'd like more photos.
