This Blue Willow saucer is 5 ⅝". It has no chips or cracks, but there is crazing on the back of the piece.
According to Gotheborg.com, piece marked "MADE IN JAPAN" are usually from the period immediately after WWII so I'm dating this piece as being from the 1940s.
