This vintage, metal, lithographed, fiddle-playing frog clicker is marked Japan and circa 1930s. The frog is supposed to draw his bow across the strings of his fiddle when the clicking mechanism is pressed. The mechanism makes the standard clicking noise but the mechanism that moves the frog's arm does not work on a regular basis. I can sometimes make it move by adjusting the back piece, but more often than not, it does not move as it should.
Please note the ripple in the metal, most apparent in the first and fourth photos.
Measurements are a little over 2.50" x 1.50" at its widest.
I'll mail your vintage frog clicker via Priority Mail unless otherwise you specify otherwise.
