Although bridle rosettes are still being manufactured today, I believe this is an antique, circa late 1800s rosette. The rosette measures 1.75" across its slightly domed surface.
The shaded deep pink and red rose surrounded by green leaves is depicted against a gold-hued background. I believe the design is a lithograph. Please excuse the glare in the photos. If you need more photographs, please ask as I'll be happy to oblige.
