This knife sharpener has a Bakelite handle with the characteristic odor of Bakelite when rubbed vigorously. The metal end has been thoroughly cleaned but still displays signs of use in the way of wear to the metal and rust spots. The handle has been polished.
Length is approximately 13".

This is a gift, so I don't know if the how the recipient will feel about it. Generally as described, though it needed some treatment for rust. Enjoyed the convos with the shop owner!
