I'm inclined to date this as circa 1950s but with no maker's mark, I cannot be certain so I am listing it as vintage. It does have the attributes of Kramer jewelry from that era, but again, I cannot be certain.
The rhinestones are all there and their clarity is good; however, please note the rectangular stone on the right side of the necklace (when viewing the photo) has some discoloration. This is more pronounced when looking directly at the stone with a loupe but is less (if at all) noticeable when the choker is worn. Please use the zoom function and do ask if you'd like more photos as I'll be happy to oblige. I've also shown a photo of the discolored stone against a dark wood background as the grey photographic background in the other photos may make the discoloration appear more pronounced. The drop pendant is a faux emerald.
The necklace is choker style and measures 16" in length.
