I believe these are gelatin silver prints owing to their age and the silvering of the photos when viewed at an angle.
The front of the photo folio has "Leningrad" written in Cyrillic on the front and the titles of the photos also written in Cyrillic in the inside front of the folio. The date is 1958. Please see the imperfection on the back of the folio as shown in the second photo above.
All 12 photos are intact and fold up and out in an accordion manner. Please note the slight ripple of photo six (as numbered in the photo) shown in the seventh photo above.
