This angel is one of the 12 surrounding the Madonna and Child in Fra Angelico's Linailoi Tabernacle from 1433.

I estimate this plaque is circa 1950s, but I cannot be certain so I'm just listing it as vintage. I believe the angel is a lithograph that has been decoupaged onto the surface of wood that has been painted with gold leaf.

Measurements are 6 3/4" x 3 1/2".

Please note imperfections on the surface of the piece, as shown in the photos, and do let me know if you need more photos.
