This vintage, tin, lithographed noisemaker "clicker" is by T C and made in the USA. The toy, harlequin themed, dates to probably circa 1930s. Dimensions are approximately 4" in length and 2" at its widest.
Please note the surface wear and edge wear as well as the wear on the back and rust on "clicker" portion. The clicker works very well and produces a loud click when pressed.
