This cobalt blue glass display hand has no chips or cracks. There is a place, as seen in the sixth photo, that looks like a mold imperfection as the area is not jagged as a chipped area would be but smooth. Also, there are lines and creases as well as bubbles in the glass as seen in most of the photos. This is owing to the manufacturing process. Do let me know if you'd like more photos as I'll be happy to oblige.
The hand is 8" from the wrist to the tip of the middle finger and the circumference at the wrist is 8 3/4". The opening at the base is approximately 2 1/2".
This is a vintage item. I've seen mention of these hands as being from the 1950s.
