This vintage paint by numbers is probably oil and more than likely circa 1950s.
Dimensions are 17" x 13" x ¼". Painting is ready to hang.
I believe this piece was framed before the paint was completely dry. Please examine photos to see where it appears that some paint is adhered to the glass.
Also, please note areas of wear to the frame as well as the third photo, in particular. The area depicted has a "tacky" touch, and I've not attempted to clean this. Please do ask if you'd like more photos as I'll be happy to oblige.
