This vintage French towel holder is from a second hand shop in the Marais district of Paris. It measures 13" at its longest and 2 ¾" wide.
The four hooks are for hand towels and towels for knives, dishes, and glasses.
I'm estimating this rack as being circa 1930s. It has pronounced wear and rust. Please examine the photos closely and do let me know if you'd like more as I'll be happy to oblige.
