This antique, embossed, Halloween postcard is by Raphael Tuck & Sons and is circa 1910. It depicts a woman with candle before a mirror in which she not only appears but a double as well. There is also the shadow of a witch, a pumpkin and black cat.
There is edge wear as well as some chipping to the front of the card. Please examine photos carefully and do let me know if you'd like more as I'll be happy to oblige.
The back has a curious typed message; the Raphael Tuck & Sons logo in two different places; the royal crest with "Printed in Saxony" and "By Appointment" surrounding it; the company name, the title, and series number of the card (Hallowe'en, 150); and "Art Publishers to Their Majesties the King & Queen."
