This antique cast iron embosser features a lion with detailed mane and open mouth leading to a corporate seal for the Weimar Realty Company of Elmhurst, N.Y.
The embosser measures 11" in height, and the base measures 7.50" x 2.25". The weight is a little over 6 pounds.
I found a 1919 reference in R. L. Polk & Co.'s Trow New York Copartnership and Corporation Directory to the Weimar Realty Company, but the company was listed as inoperative so I'm dating this seal as being pre-1910s based on this as well as the patent date of 1904 as seen in the sixth photo.
