This wax sealing stamp is circa late 1800s. It has ornamentation marked "sterling" on the handle. Please note the dent in the shield area of the ornamentation. Also, I've not cleaned this but will leave it up to the discretion of the new owner.
The stamp seal portion has the initials C.E.B., and the piece measures 4" in height.
