Condition issues: See front and back boards and spine for soiling and discoloration, shelf and edge wear. Frayed ribbon marker. Rippling on some pages (as seen in the first and last photos) and on the inside of front and back covers. A small fold at the bottom of the page as seen in the last photo. This fold measures approximately 1/16". Pages have light discoloration around edges.
