RESERVED for V: Art Deco Brass Door Knocker with Fan Shape and Knocking Hand

I purchased this door knocker from an estate lot that also had a clown ring toss game made in France. although I am unsure of the exact provenance of this door knocker.

Please note the paint and verdigris as shown in the photos. I've not attempted to clean this piece but will leave that up to the discretion of the new owner. Do let me know if you'd like more photos as I'll be happy to oblige.

Based on its Art Deco design element of the fan, I'm estimating this piece as being circa 1930s.

Measurements of the rectangular shape are 6" x 3 1/8", not taking into account the fan or hand. From the midpoint uppermost part of the fan to the thumb on the knocking hand, the piece is 6" x 4 3/4". Weight is 32.2 ounces.
