These two vintage plaques are of unknown age. They measure 4.5" across and depict the Virgin Mary and the Sacred Heart of Jesus. The figures are comprised of metal and are set against what appears to be a blue mirrored glass background. The surrounding borders are metal, and the back of each plaque has maroon felt with a metal hook. Both backs have inked numbers, and four areas around each plaque's metal band show anchoring with very small nails.
Please note surface wear to both figures as well as to the mirrored backgrounds, particularly at 2:00 (Seen most clearly in the second photo.) on the Virgin's plaque. This appears to be a black area of wear where the mirror is worn away. Please let me know if you'd like more photos as I'll be happy to oblige. Also, the back of Virgin's plaque has a sharp metal projection through the felt (Please see the last photo.) so care must be taken not to cut oneself. A piece of protective tape or material could be placed over this.
