This cross of indeterminate age (definitely vintage, perhaps antique) is from France although I think it looks Eastern European in style- perhaps Russian. It is comprised of brass and blue enamel and measures 2" x 1/5", not including the bail.
Please examine the last photo. I've used arrows to indicate areas of loss or damage to the blue enamel. These areas are not readily visible to the unaided eye but can be seen using the zoom function here or by examining the cross with a loupe.
